Recommendations for a villa, next June 2015

Hey all, I'm turning 50 next June and will be heading off to Pattaya with a bunch of hometown friends to celebrate.  They're all about my age, single and complete newbies to LOS.  So I was thinking perhaps the best thing to do would be to rent out a large villa for the 10 days we'll be in town.

 

Anyone have any recommendations for a 4 or 5 bedroom house/villa?  It would be great if it had a pool and were near the action (Walking Street, east of 2nd road or even just north of beach road).

Villas are available via thaiholidayhomes websites. Just google them. Did the villa and pool thing for a few years and a right pain in the arse as they are normally out of town and getting to from town can be painful. Pick a nice hotel with pool and block book a bunch of rooms. Walking distance everywhere and better options for all the party. In my opinion,,,,,,
