apartment xmas advice

looking for a apartment xmas for 1 month

soi Buakhaw/pattaya klang/3rd road area

budget up to 30k....

any recommendations?

cost me well over 50k in Areca Lodge last xmas for same period

so trying to save a bit this time.....

(can still sneak in to use the nice pool at Areca)

Guesthouse around Soi Buakhao, LK Metro and Soi Chaiypoon have rooms less than 20,000 bt a month .

Many of the better places will have been booked by now! Even the more expensive ones are getting difficult to obtain just 3 months out. Good luck.

try    airbnb.co.uk/   they have tons of condos still available and cheapest site i found by far for condos

Try this site here I've seen many good offers and you can also post your own shout requirements but payment is made ahead using their websites which is a leap of faith in trust if you have not used the site before, a lot are in Jomtien rather than central Pattaya however
