Has anybody stayed in Shooters Guesthouse; Soi 8

I love soi 7 & 8. I have stayed on the Eastiny group hotels, but all of them are impossible to sleep before 3 or 4 am because of all the music and noise from the bars.  I checked shooters online, the rooms look cool on the website.  Wondering if anybody has stayed there and can provide some info on the level of noise from the bars etc.

Shooters is in Soi7, stayed in the same Soi last week. Liked the location. Soi 7 is much more quiet then Soi 8 but next to Shooters is PJ DJ Bar and a few smaller bars that play music at least until 2am. Was no problem for me because I mainly came home around 3.30am to 4am.
