Looking for a place hotel close to walking street

Hi I am going to Pattaya in May and was hoping some one here could help me out and suggest a hotel which will work for me. Last time I went to pattaya I stayed at China Garden guest houses in LK metro. This was good but im looking for some where a bit closer to Walking Street which is a bit nicer and guest friendly.

I was thinking of the following places

 

- Aya Boutique hotel

- Amari Novu (not close to Walking Street but looks like a good place)

- Dusit D2baraquda

 

Any info on these places or any others would be much appreciated
