Rent - Condominium or Hotel?

Sa wat dee kraup,

 

been too Thailand 4 x times now, out of that twice too Pattaya.

 

Wanting too know what peoples thought are of either renting (1month) in Pattaya a fully self contained (kitchen) condo or just staying in a hotel.

 

I do like the thoughts of a fully self contained apartment of having cooking facilities in a room, although I know food stalls and take away are cheap its nice to look after your self now and then.

Any advice would greatly be appreciated, I'm looking at August to be in Pattaya so any one interested meeting up and having a beer also feel free to contact myself.

For 1 month +  i'd say condo all the way.  Just finding the right one is a bit tricky.

I also will be in pattaya in aug 8th

would love to know if anyone has a place I can rent.

I am obviously biased, but condo is deferentially the way to go for stays of over 15 days.
