Sunshine Vista and Serviced Apartment vs. Baan Khun Nine

For my second stay this year in Pattaya in August I'm still looking for a "nice" hotel. I'll be in Pattaya for 4 days and I've already booked a 2-night stay at Siam @ Siam Pattaya for the 3rd and 4th night.

Though I like variety I'd like to stay in another a hotel nearby Siam @ Siam for the first 2 nights. After checking out lots of websites I finally found out Sunshine Vista and Serviced Apartment and Baan Khun Nine. 

 

My prefered rooms are Studio Room or Executive Suite at Sunshine Vista (very good rates through their website) or Suite at Baan Khun Nine (2.850 THB through Agoda).

 

I'd appreciate if those who stayed here would share their experiences so I have more informations to make my mind up. Im particularly interested in quality of bed, noise and frienliness of staff.

 

P.S. please just talk about these two hotels, no need to bring more hotels into diskussion

No need to worry for 2 days. Besides why you hassle for 2 different place for only four days. If you still look for the advice sunshine Vista better imo.

Might be hassle for you but not for me. I already had stays in Thailand when I changed hotel everyday
