any one stay here before?

thinking of staying here in upcoming trip. 

Agoda have the room but i cant see bathroom pic

 

good location?

Never stayed there but some alright and some not to good reviews about it.

Can get a bit noisy,no lifts.

Looking for a great budget guesthouse,have a look at these 2 and you can not go wrong.

I think the vid shows the more expensive rooms as there appears to be windows. The cheapest rooms don't have windows other than a small one for ventilating the bathroom.

 

Went past this place lots of times on my last visit and it looked like a lot of Russkies were coming and going......it's new and cheap.

 

Really cheap bar for watching sport in the foyer.

 

The owners also own the other Katesiree bar/hotel about 100m or so away on the same street......

I am staying here now and have no complaints. 1000 baht per night. Nice new clean room with small balcony. A little bit of road noise but no worse than anywhere else. I cant say who my fellow guests are because I have not seen many of them although hotel was almost full the day I moved in. English and Thai at a guess. My Katesiree is the first one from tukcom end of the soi and I think its the newest one. Has a big bar / restaurant area but few people using it as not obvious. The other place is an older more established bar/hotel. PM me if you want more definite info.
