Guest house of some quality and not expensive in sukhumvit bangkok area.

Any one know through staying there a decent but budget guest house / hotel  in the Sukhumvit area Bangkok .I was thinking of the equivalent of perhaps the good quaility rooms fixtures and fitting so well known  on this forum  in Pattaya ,of  China Garden, D apartments , or  the Boomerang type of place , with  hopefully similar pricing or a bit more no more than twenty uk pounds  ,  thank you .

Also interested in that hotel/guest room. I am always staying at woraburi sukhumvit on the end of soi 4, but it cost at least 1200 baht. And want to stay a bit cheaper the next time I am in Bangkok, if possible.
