Cantaburytale is the way to go IMO . You are not going to get better for that price range . Plus it's in a central location and the owner is always around to take care of any problem .

Also looking in to this... 6k-12k i know some nice places in the darkside but dont want to live on the wrong side of sukhumvit again . .

Problem for me is a most have a kitchenette for my cooking daily.. also LCDtv. So is there any new service apt around?

+1 same requirements but up to 15K ok.  Would also like to be able to sleep at night.

Suksabai apartments,soi 8,off thepprasit,stayed here twice,booked again for sep,have good deals going at the moment.

I have a few dates available  on apartment 1207 during the next 4 months 1,000tb per day.

 

All booked solid until late next year.

 

I rent out long term 15,000( Service extra).

 

I have a mate who has a nice 44sqm in the same condo he is only looking for a 12 month contract 15,000 tb per month.
