Natural beach hotel, beach road

Wondering if anyone stayed in this hotel. The plus is it's on beach road and close to all the action sites. Any information will help.

few years ago a friend stayed there the room he was in was good sized he was happy clean good TV and air Con. Location is great

The rooms a little dated there,but it is in a great location,just behind it is a new hotel that you might like,

The 2 hotels share the large pool together,do not forget there is construction work going on near by as well.

My buddy is there right now, only thing he doesn't like is there aren't any elevators,

so he has to walk the stairs.

He's happy with the room and the wifi is good.

Booked in advance he's paying b1299 per nite.

I am at Baan Sila superior room booked trhrough Agoda at about 1,500 THB per day. Only the most expensive rooms are on Beach Road, most are on a narrow side road with no sea views. Location is good for access to the sea front, shopping and restaurants, but about a 15 minute stroll to Walking Street. There are better options around cost-wise.Pros: large room, LCD TV with cable, kettle with free coffee and 2 bottles of water per day, large outdoor pool with few swimmers. Room safe. Linen change and make-up daily. Quiet. Cons: room could be cleaner, poor shower pressure, free wifi not fast, no cooking facilities, no elevator/lift, noisy late-nighters (mostly Russian/Arab) but rare to be fair.

My stays at Mosaic and City Diamond apartments near TUKCOM were away from the sea front, but took as long to get to Walking Street and Soi Buakow. They had much better facilities for half the cost! Booked for a month, but will not return.

My friend stays at NB regularly. Calls them to book and usually gets 1000B a night after a bit of haggling.

 

The area between Sois 10-13 is pretty central for most.

Have stayed there. Dated rooms, ok housekeeping, quiet lane.. Paid around 1100 bahts per night. Won't stay again though
