Nantra De Boutique- Pattaya

Planning to stay at the Nantra De Boutique in Pattaya during my visit next month.

 

Would you suggest it as a guest friendly hotel??

 

Is it a good location in terms of having a good time?

 

I am a teetotaler and not quite the party animal...so by fun I mean carnal pleasures.

 

Pls suggest!
