Recommendations for a monthly apartment?

HI guys, does anyone have any recommendations for a 1/2 month stay in a condo

 

maximum budget 15k per month.

 

would like it to have a swimming pool, 

a kitchenette.

preferably near a baht bus route.

 

any suggestions much appreciated.

There is a place behind Buffalo Bar. Not sure what the minimum requirement is but 10000 a month with pool and bedroom upstairs and plenty of room downstairs. fully furnished.

Will give good idea of what is out there...further you go from beach cheaper it gets...you should easily get at least 2k a month discount of the advertised prices....Will require 1 month security deposit.....water and electric about 2K depending on how long you have air con on.

Have you stayed there??  Website looks good, but I don't really like the idea of crossing 3rd Rd on a regular basis.  How was transport to the entertainment venues like WS & LKMetro?  I'm guessing you'll need mototaxis or private taxis?, no baht bus.

I live at MaxxCentral, 3rd. Road is a problem, however once you crossed it, it's a short way to Soi Bukhaow.
