Grand Bella Hotel Pattaya

Looking for hotels with a good location, pool, bar and fitness-room and came over Grand Bella hotel - which seemed quite nice in the pictures.

 

Has someone been there? Reviews? Girl friendly?

Bella hotel is full of Indian tourist on package deals,  stay away if you dont like that

Ok. I recieved a mail today from Bella literally saying that they are not girl friendly. Meaning that they take payment for bringing a girl to the room.

 

NO GO.

Grand Bella is not fully ready, construction works going on but they have taken customers in already about 2 weeks. For those who claim noise and dirt from construction work they have proposed to move into Bella Express next door. "Grand Opening" of Grand Bella is scheduled to 15th December https://www.facebook.com/grandbellapattaya?fref=ts Booking.com has some reviews, I translated them with Google, customers have not been happy.

Stay at Deluxe pool view at 1900 bahts, modern and design, large pool with 360 rooms it's a large hotel, quiet  finished, a good deal near everything. Joiner actually not enterely clear

I will stay there over Xmas. Have you checked hotels restaurant and sauna ?

I don't check restaurant, so many good restaurant around like in Central Festival, only eat good breakfast including in the price. Joiner is actually 1000 bahts.

Nova Platinum is better. Much better location, good pool. I'd book there first.

Reviews on booking.com say Bella is a very noisy construction site.

to get to Walking Street you either take motocy taxi or walk down to Beach Road to catch baht bus to get stuck in traffic.

If you like Walking Street go to Nova platinum if you like center with Central Festival you can go to Grand Bella

Construction works still ongoing. Today morning at 8:00 grinding machines started to "sign" under my balcony. Buffet bf if not included in room price 199bht, limited selection of "falang food", no cheese, no becon, lot of thai foods. Yard partially not asphalted yet, dusty. Don't know personally about joiner fees because I'm with my thai-wife. Seen lot of ID-cards in reception in the morning. But it's very easy to go into buildings 2 and 3 without going through reception so I don't see how they could control the access. Rooms are new and clean, bed very hard as normally in Thailand. Door to corridor does not have any noise isolation.

 

Best thing is super good location in corner of 2nd Road and Klang, easy acces to any direction and my favorite bars are in walking distance. When construction works will finished the hotel will be quiet also. Probably very good deals through Latestays for low-season, already some days before Xmas were 1400bht including bf for 2.
