Was speaking to the manager at Classroom Agogo the other night also. If police find ashtrays out on the tables or people smoking its a 20K fine, if they get caught a second time they face a two week closure.

That's what always seems to happen when they bring out any new law that affects the P4P industry, business carries on as usual but the Police have yet another excuse to extract cash from the business owners.
