I have stayed at the PBR a few times and would recommend it highly. The breakfast that is included is pretty good.

If you should choose to stay at the Chaba Hut Resort I would recommend the new apartment building they just opened in the last year or so. The small individual studio buildings they have are OK but a bit tired IMO.

Never stayed at the Pasadena Lodge, but mostly good reviews.

Hope this helps.

Hi

Anyone got a update on the hotel

Do they provide free wifi in room?

For monthly rate :

How often the room is cleaning?

How often do they change towels, sheets?

Do they include water and electricity?

I stayed at the Pasadena Lodge last year and can highly recommend it. The rooms are modern, clean and staff very friendly. I agree about the thin "door" separating the toilet from the rest of the room.

Does any one what room types are the quietest at nighttime? I read that the bigger rooms (so I assume superior and Deluxe) face onto the Soi and are generally more noisey than the smaller rooms that face the back.

Stayed at Pasadena for 1 night in Dec2013.

Good points.
1. Rooms facing the rear are very quiet
2. Good WiFi in my room
3. Room was very clean
4. Furnishings very modern and good looking
5. Free parking
6. Receptionist seemed to be a decent bloke.
7 no joiner issues or fees

Bad points.
1. Cheap rooms are small, bathroom has no spare space at all
2. Basin has no space around it

I paid 900 thb. Last minute booking. I wish I had stayed there for more time because where I was before (Billabong - very spacious room) was OK but way too noisy at night.
