As I already said, I fear that somebody here takes more money tham needed when we pay the electicity/water bill. The first time, I paid about 4000 bahts for 2 weeks. Incredibly high price ! Last year I told them that I will verify the amount charged and I paid only 1000 bahts for 1 month. There are electricity meters for each room. Ask to SEE the meter when you come (write the numbers or take a photo) and to see it when you go. Verify it is the good one. They are where the cleaning maids store their equipment : when the door was opened, from time to time I checked to see how it was evolving.

That's just a pisstake...

Good point cycnus about checking first ,but I think I'll just swerve the hotel from now on...as I said before it's also about the room cleaning/towel changing situation...
