Pattaya Bay Resort Construction noise?

Hi I will be over in a few months and wondering if anybody has stayed at PBR recently and can comment on the noise level going on right now.

 

I stayed here last July for a few weeks and thought the location was great but don't wish to be woke up every morning to constant construction noise. Anybody have any input?

There's another PBR thread running where regular updates are being posted.

 

I was there 2 weeks ago and it was noisy from 8am.   Not unbearably, but it's likely to get worse when the serious drilling starts.  I'd take earplugs if I were you.

Anyone got any recent news on the construction noise at the mo?

Is it that bad?

Get a back room and you'll be OK.  I wouldn't want to stay in a front facing room.

 

When the major condo construction at the rear starts, the hotel will be off my list, unless the front is finished!

just about where ever you go there is construction noise, tho pbr being originally semi isolated

 

is now getting built up around.
