I'd check out Dapartments as it falls in your price range and would be a good place to stay. You could also check out thaiapartments as they have several optional listings for Pattaya.

I suggest you look first for the Target Guesthouse on Soi Buakhao. They have monhtly rentals starting at B7000 and 9000. It's on the Baht bus route, both ways. They also have an inhouse Thai massage service.

Do'nt have a tremendous amount available then but room 1C is with a full kitchen etc
