What happens when a working is to old to work?

The girls that work the bars, gogo"s, freelancers, have a short window of opportunity of, I am guessing 15 to 20 years to make a living.
The later years would be ruff because of the competition.
They all can't be mama sons.
If I understand the culture and I don't , they are ostracized for being working girls.
Question: they are aware of this are they not?
I have read the Thai culture is concerned about today! I will not worry about the future. If this is the case what happens to girls working the sex industry?
