I fly there 4 times a year and best u book it in Internet, u can fly with Cebu air or Tiger air, both go direkt to Angeles. Tiger air is mor expensive but the plains ar newer. If u book in a agency u pay more about 500 Bht.

Why do you not use internet. Easy to book cheapest flights yourself. Use skyscanner. Pesos used in Phils, I think you might be a bit non street wise if you do not these things Be very wary in Thailand and Phils.
