I am a Swedish guy and I will go to Philipinnes and Angeles for the first time in July. I will stay some days in Pattaya first and buy a ticket to Clark airport since I want to go to Angeles first. Is it anyone that can recommend a good and reliable travel agency in Pattaya?

How much would a returnticket be approximately? I plan to stay about 3 weeks in Phil. I also need a reliable travelagency in Angeles since I plan to go to Cebu after spending some time in Angeles. How long can you stay in Phil without a visa and what about atm Machines? Are they available everywhere as in Pattaya? Should I bring Phil pesos or is it best to fix that in Angeles?
