It is sad, but true. The only cure from Pattaya is to move here permanently. After a few years here the addiction will mellow out a bit, but still you won't want to leave. If you want to wean yourself off of Pattaya, you should start visiting Angeles City in the Phillipines. While you are there you won't miss Pattaya at all.

Well, I never visited Angeles City, but it seems like replacing COK with HEROIN ?

We need to break this chain..... I tried to convince myself to travel  elsewhere instead, and YES, I ended up travelling elsewhere BUT in addition to Pattaya .... not to mention doubling travel costs....

Well, judging from my last trip to Pattaya, the place is transforming, slowly, but surely. There is an irresistible feeling of worn out and many hints suggesting the scene is becoming a boring endeavor. Ladies are continuing to loose the strength to do the "ACT" which they have played so well for years, loosing it slowly, but Surely....

The will to refurbish, renovate, re-invent or create new crafts is fading away. You cannot resist the feeling that many businesses are shifting towards milking it to the last drop and to the last breath before its inevitable fate.

Pattaya used to be much more alive, innovative, seductive and original,  Pattaya was probably the ONLY "Illusive Heaven on Earth" to the eyes of all kind and classes of people. Now, it is not only hard to say so, but also challenging to keep the idea of being in "Paradise" when you are there.

In some sense, it might sound sad, but it might also be a "Salvation" for both the Addicts and the Ladies.

From what I hear you are discribing here it should be easy for you to break this habit ... If is such a bad habit . My suggestion to you is to find better options that suit your fancy... if not where else in the world will you find places like AC and Pattaya.... I suggest you milk them for what they are worth right now... Because the price hikes, degradation of talent and all the other reasons that you have mention probably are not going to get any better.... Go with flow, kick the habit or find better

Well, many thanks to all, I have firmly decided NOT to come back to Pattaya or Thailand again. Off course, this decision need to be put into a test, so what time scale may be considered a healing success if I was used to the habit to visit Pattaya every 6-months?
