No that's not true, a friend of mine is a black Jamaican, though he has a very strong London accent, (more cockney than me even). Without any disrespect, in Pattaya they call him, (and I quote) '"Chocolate Man", he loves it. When it comes to Pattaya, it's all about money, you might of noticed on the forums of Pattaya Addicts, 'P4P' which means pay for pleasure, like I said it's all about money, but money well spent! :-). Fortunately its not rocket science...I would start around 7 pm at Soi 6 from second road very good for eye candy and always another option for you,Take a slow walk down to the beach.Then when you are at Beach Road have a nice slow walk to Walking Street ,If you are not into walking too much stop now and then and can get a cool drink from the ladies on their bicycles ,

At the same time meet and chat with a few of the ladies ,They usually wait for you to approach them and talk with them. 

Once you reach the Pattaya Beer Garden  walk through all the BB there to Pattaya Beer Garden at the end,Its a great place to just sit for awhile has good food reasonably priced ,Good music videos and a few FL.

After resting here wander on around the corner to the Bamboo Bar it gets going around 11 pm.

I  have found even though  the women her a bit older also have some nice ones too.

If you are not having much luck there take a walk down Walking Street and check out some of the bars discos Marine,Ibar.

But I think by now the problem will be which one do you pick...Good Luck with that

In Pattaya, to find a FL, just walk outside of your hotel! They are almost everywhere. Some eye contact, basic ice breaker conversation, then you might be back in your hotel again...

tell her you no longer are attracted to her and you would like to live the life you should have before getting married.  Cheating on your spouse is not good.  Why cheat? Just get divorced.  Live the life you want.  If she catches you, yo will loose everything with no rights to nothing, the judge will tell you, "just shut TF up and pay", not a good deal. Make a clean cut. is better, safer, less expensive.

Hey Kev!  I'm an African American and I've been going to Thailand on a regular basis for 10 years now, on solo runs and with groups of friends.  Thai girls are like all other groups of women, but with less hangups as far as Pattaya goes.  At the end of the day its about preference.  Most girls will go with you as long as you are nice and "generous".  Some girls will prefer a certain race, physic and or age range, but when push comes to shove it's all about the baht.  Furthermore, there's a group of Thai girls running loose in Pattaya that are really into the hip-hop lifestyle and exclusively dates African Americans.  They frequent the hip-hop spots about Pattaya and trust, you'll know when you see one of them.  As Andy mentioned, you'll hear chocolate man at least 10 times a day while you are out and about.  You mid if I ask when you'll be around?

Is Free Lancing safe…..On my first trip a girl started following me on walker street I told her I wasn't looking for a girl she said she just wanted to show me around to get me familiar  with the area.. she took me to the main spots a brought us food drinks at the end I said thanks offered her 2000 baht for her time ….and she went OFF!!!! OH NO SHE SAID ..YOU GOTTA DO BETTER THAN THATI'm staying with you all night … I had to jump in a cab while some guys held her to get away…it was crazy...

You don't have to worry dude.  The only anti-foreign bias I picked up on was the girls dislike of Indian and Arab men. They said 10 of them will sit in a go-go bar with a single beer between them.  They also told me stories of those men "ambushing" them back in the hotel room.  Hence the girls either refuse them or hike the price by 200%. 

As an American of any color you will be fine.  Enjoy dude.
