hotel - I normally stay in Eastiny Place on Soi 8. I am sure they can do a good deal for long stay. It is right in middle of all the action but rooms not noisy. Nice, clean efficient with a good pool and bar. Any girl in Pattaya will give you a BJ. Don't know of a specific place but try any "closed" bar (i.e. with a door entry rather than an open front) on Soi 4 or Soi 6 and in these places anything goes. Happy hunting
