Hello addicts,

When i come to thailand i like to stay 6 months at a time.I have been renting bikes but this time im just going to buy one.
My question to you all is there an auction house or wholesaler that i might be able to find some cheap bikes.

An english associate of mine seems to have tapped into a place where he is getting all his bikes from quite cheap. He wont tell cause he wants me to buy off him.

Just thought someone maybe able to steer me in the right direction.

There's an auction of bikes (usually repo's I believe) every Friday.
I think it's at the end of Thepprasit near tesco Lotus but I'm not 100% sure it's still in the same place.

yes there is an auction for bikes in pattaya. if i was you, i would buy a second hand bike that looks a bit tatty, that way it won't get stolen, i bought a nice older nouve automatic for 13,000 bht, it runs like a dream, and nobody will ever steal it. just my advice

thanks mate good advice. 13000 is pretty cheap and definately around the price i want to spend. I also have a tendancy of losing bikes after big nites.lol so dropping 13 k is better than 50k on a newie. lol. im a bloody lose cannon when in the land of smiles.lol

Just to answer mine and martins questions together, where exactly is it????. I do know the area pretty well around tepprasit/sukhumvit tesco. from what the gentlemn said earlier it was close to this area.
