Kids names in thai....help please

Can anyone translate my two kids names into thai. I asked three or four different girls when I was over there and got different translations. I think I have got the right translation now but want to make sure as I thinking of getting a tattoo on my next trip.

My sons name is.......Craig

Daughters.................Adele

Wouldn't เคร็ก be pronounced Kreg ?

อะเดล as a-dain ?

 

The problem is that English names don't often transliterate well in Thai, that is why you will get different suggestions from different people.

YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL. i think the more people that you ask the more interpretations you will receive.

 

Seconded...any suggestions you get will only be a transliteration of the sounds (and the leters R and L are a minefield for most Thais). The end result is a meaningless jumble of letters to Thai people - it doesn't mean anything and probably won't be recognised as a name.
