has anyone have an idea what a taxi costs from a pattaya hotel to pattaya airport??

sorry , i am confused , i think you mean the main international airport in bkk!

if so, taxi costs approx 1000 to1200 baht (i think ) . i usually take the bus at less than 200 baht..........5 euro, pounds , dollars etc ,,,approx!!

Or perhaps Utapao airport in Sattahip?

 

A mate flew to Koh Samui from there and I think he paid 500-600 baht in a taxi about 1/2 hr

There is no Pattaya airport and the nearest is Utapao.

This is about 45-60 minutes away by taxi. I have used this airport on about 5/6 occasions. Last time I paid 800 baht with Mr T for a pick up on a Thai holiday and the journey took about 1.5 hours.

 

As an aside Utapao is also a military airbase so don't even think about taking photos. They siezed a Thai womans camera last time as she was taking photos around the airport.

will be flying from patts to Phuket from there.
