Overnight on Koh Larn

I've made tons of day trips to Koh Larn. My typical day is a 10:00am 30 baht boat to Koh Larn with a BG along for company. Start drinking around noon, have 8-10 beers on the beach and then back to Pattaya on the 4:30pm boat for a little fun in the room and a nap before heading out on the town around 10pm. When I need to get away from Pattaya for a few nights I typically head to Koh Samet or Koh Chang (which are both fun) but the minivan rides always suck and consume time.

My question is: Has anyone spent a night or two on Koh Larn and is there anything to do? Note - I would have a BG with me and I'm only looking for places to hang out and drink until a reasonably late hour (lets say 1:00am). Sometimes I just need to take away the temptation to drink until 6:00am in the morning (which Pattaya and Bangkok have in abundance). Also, if anyone has stayed the night do you have any hotel recommendations? The places I have seen all look pretty dumpy. I don't need a lot - just AC and a shower that works.

Thanks!

i have spent the night there, but it is very boring with only a few beach side restaurants open, and no girls. its ok if you want a quiet night with a girl of you own from patts. koh chang and koh samed are much better options for you to stay over night.
