I have a nicely furninshed large studio unit available for rent in City Gardens. City Gardens is located on Soi 15 just off 2nd Road and the Avenue Mall. Excellent location and within walking distance of the everything. Price is 21,000 Thai baht per month, based upon a two month stay (electric and water not included). Price is lower leases of 6 months and longer. Sorry, but I cannot accept stays of less than two months due to building restrictions. PM me if you are interested.
