it is 1776B for standard room , but with taxes it goes up to 2013B.

1941B for Delux room - taxes 2285B

maybe those deals have finished ? thanks for yr help anyway, iam probbaly going to stay at the August Suites got good deal there 1300/1500 ,

Sorry for the confusion. I am going May25 and the price is coming in at 1818. I assumed that all of May would be low season.

I was there, in my last trip. It is not noisy. 

It is a good hotel, in a good location. A bit outdated, especially the TV. But the location + the spacious rooms make up for it.

I did a review of it in my trip report from November. It is on of one of the quietest Soi's (with just one bar nearby).

Maybe someone can help me. 

Does anyone know if you're allowed to smoke on the balconies? On the homepage I could not find anything about this. Only that the rooms have a smoke detector, which I assume that you are not allowed to smoke in the room.

I was in The Stay last year and everybody was smoking on the balcony and there were ashtrays, so I assumed that its allowed. Its a great place this hotel, great location and big rooms, the only thing that I don't like about it is the lighting. Its kind of dark in the hallways and in the rooms and the light is this blueish, cold LED light. The staff is okay, but the atmosphere is not very warm-hearted, but still, its a great place, I would always go there again...
