I agree. The finishing in the rooms look very cheap, boring and bland. Not even a single picture on the wall. They definitely cheaped out on interior design. Rooms look like a 1200-1500 baht/night room.

Page 10 and Sea Me hotels look much nicer for the same price.

On the the website the room is a suite, if this room look Very Cheap for you, you never stay at really cheap hotel. 1800 bahts, pay directly at the reception, maybe you will found soon cheaper trough agency or at least including ABF, The room of the Stay are really large and location is great, for me the price is right.

Room at 250 bahts, Jiraporn 2, Pattaya-Naklua road

Thanks so much mate for the info & pics.

I have watched this hotel since they started building it about 24 months back.

Looks good to me.

Not cheap for a suite but I only need a room.

Pool looks small but I am only a small fish. :GoldenSmile1:

Looks like it next to Sea Me Spring(One). The balconies on the rooms facing soi 10 will have no sun if that's important. The rooms in Stay looks quite

similar to the ones in SMS - just a tad cheaper decor, or lack of it.

The sent me a few more photos of the rooms, lobby, pool, etc

It looks pretty nice but I think the room itself looks a bit "bland". I have decided to go ahead and book myself at Page 3, which at almost the same price looks like better value to me.

I'm at Sea Me Spring hotel at the moment. The Stay hotel is like Sea Me Spring - it backs onto Tipp Plaza. My room is at the back of Sea Me Spring and I'm getting occasional loud music from the new covered market in Tipp Plaza during the day and from the Soi 10/Second Road bar complex at night.

My balcony faces east. I notice that balconies at the back of The Stay face south - directly into Tipp Plaza and of course the hotel is closer to the bar complex - my guess is the noise will be worse. Bring your ear plugs.

I just stopped by today, i really liked the lobby and restaurant/bar downstairs. The pool was really nice, and had some decent views. I asked to see the rooms, and the rooms were vaguely similar to Page10 with the layout, but I really like my King Deluxe room better. It seems brighter and has better colors and feels more comfortable for some reason.

The suites were really nice though, brighter and of a pretty decent size. The bathroom layout was cool. But for a "special" price of 4000b, no way I would stay there for that without a seaview or other amenities. I am fine staying at Page10 for now. =)

I'm staying at Page 10 now , still love the area , the Stay , Seeme 1and 2 and Page 10 are all owned by the same family .

My only problem with Page 10 is th WF only works in reception or pool area

I stayed at Page 10 only 3 weeks ago on the 2 nd floor and i got wifi in my room, so perhaps it was due to being on the lower floors. If that helps.

Hi Guys,

Any news, reviews, updates on The Stay Hotel on Soi 10? They are quoting a rate of 1800 THB per night (opening special) for the first week of April. Given that the roadworks on Soi 10 are more or less complete, I am considering trying it out this time.

I usually stay at August Suites, Page 10, LK Empress, etc and so would appreciate comments on how The Stay compares to these hotels.

Thanks a ton!

I was considering Page 10 for my trip in June. Cheapest I found for it was 1776baht for a Deluxe Room, including all taxes.

i looked at this site u said http://www.hotels2th...aya.asp#infoPan -

it is 1776B for standard room , but with taxes it goes up to 2013B.

1941B for Delux room - taxes 2285B

Check Sawadee.com. http://www.sawadee.com/hotel/pattaya/page10/

This is who I booked through for best rates. Superior is coming in at 1818 with taxes.

Superior and Deluxe are almost same room. But Superior faces the back towards Central Festival so the rooms are very quiet. This is why I always book Superior.

I checked the website and still feel their Superior rooms are only worth 1500 baht/night.

I think the Superior room is basically same as Baywalk Residence Superior, which I have stayed at a few times for 1500/baht night.

Baywalk Residence Superior room actually looks bigger than the Stay Superior.

No way is The Stay worth the same as Page10. The bathroom alone at Page10 is worth 300 baht more than The Stay's tiny bathroom, which has only a small shower.

It looks very similar but there are some diffrences once you have stayed in the deluxe a few times................ i do agree that the superior is on the better side of the building though but

The Deluxe is a bigger room by about 10 square mtrs

Bigger bathroom and thats why i love the joint with a tub and rain shower and its huge

Bigger Bed as well

I knew that the Deluxe room was bigger, but I thought the bathroom was the same as the Superior also has a tub and rain shower.

Do you find the Deluxe rooms noisy?

I have stayed in both the Deluxe and Superior rooms at Page 10 on several occasions.

Yes the Deluxe room are noisy with the beer bar neighbours. I found however that the air conditioning units were also very noisy (applies to both rooms) and when I slept with the air conditioning turned on I could not hear the bars.

I prefer the Superior rooms. The rooms are only very slightly smaller and the shower is much more practical and does not wash out the entire bathroom when used.

I'm here for a fun time not a long time!

The bathrooms are definately bigger, i had a mate stay in the superior because he hadnt booked and that was the only room available so we compared them

The Deluxe i dont find noisy as i usually get back from Insomnia very late around 4-4.30am and i also noticed on my last stay that they actually added an extrad sliding door to the balcony to lessen the noice. So no noise that i could hear on the 6th floor.

Great hotel and fantastic staff always love staying there.
