would appreciate opinions on this, I stayed in areca in january and liked it but im weary walking home alone at night from Walking Street to this hotel, im probably being overly parnoid but a hotel thats right smack inbetween both would be ideal, im considering baywalk however as I havent even been to Walking Street yet

Most of the hotels in soi 13 are quite good.......some better than others.

Its on the Baht bus route..........and a simple 5 minute walk to LK Metro

Dynasty inn,whitehouse condotel,ma maison,lek hotel,sandy springs,AA hotel,AA residence,Inn House and the Haven

hope that helps

I have picked the Dynasty for my forthcoming Trip as it is sort of central for what I want a nice stroll for all those BR FL I shall be getting plus No joiner Fee

Used hotel direct for Booking as cheaper than any other plus using one of their sister hotels in Bangers you get a free ride down and back if doing a night before home.

The AA is also very pleasant and again very suitable for my needs 555

yeah I'd say 'smack' inbetween is around Soi 13/2 etc..

If you're budget is enough for the Baywalk, then avoid Aya Boutique/Fraser Resort, which is just across the road - god knows why they changed their name.

I had an awful time there, at like 3000+ a night, avoid.
