Apartment with same living standard as Page10 / August Suite

Hey amigos,

 

On my last trip I stayed nearly 4 weeks in August Suites. It was quite expensive (45.000Baht), for my next trip I'm looking for a nice (Service)Apartment for 4 weeks with the same standart as August Suite or Page10.

 

Does somebody know one which is on the "bathbusline"? I dont want to drive motorbike...
