Cheapest Breakfast in Pattaya?

Boat Restaurant Second Road Pattaya

 

I had breakfast at the Boat restaurant on Pattaya Second road a few weeks back and had a breakfast for only 55 Baht which I thought was a decent deal. I got two eggs some bacon and coffee which at that time in the morning was all I needed. Since then the price has changed to only 60 Baht.

Cheapest breakfast would be stay in apartment with kitchen, stock up at Tesco, and cook your own..... personally I dont find that 150 baht for breakfast out and about is any big deal...

It's on Second Road just before Royal Garden Plaza, but on the other side of the road.

I've eaten breakfast there many times and whilst it is basic, it's decent value for Baht and there's other options too. Next door to the Boathouse Bakery.

 

The Billabong, Lek and Apex are also worthy contenders IMO too!

I'd recommend Le Katai on Soi Lengkee. English type brekkie (small) for 100 baht. Includes tea or coffee, orange juice (well, the thai equivalent!). Great food and good value I think. Aso have english newspapers.

The food in thailand seem to be at the same price as home. But the hotel and the girls seems to be cheaper.

Sailor Bar and Restaurant on Soi 8. For 55 baht, you get 2 eggs, 2 toast, bacon, sausage, juice, and coffee. There's a place on Pattaya Klang between Beach Road and Second Road that advertises 50 baht breakfast but I got impatient waiting to be served and left.

No way, if I travelled 7,000 miles for cheap breakfast... Spoil yourself with good breakfast at the start of the day.. Witherspoon Bar at Soi Buakhao for me every time for 155 baht for very good breakfast with coffee, Orange Juice and free british paper .,,But will check out breakie around LK Metro ,Soi Buakhao and Soi Chaiypoon when i goo over...

Boat Restaurant also has branches in Hat Yai (the original one ?) and Chiang Mai, run by different members of the same family.

 

Nothing fancy, just rock-bottom prices for farang & Thai food, ideal for those who've overspent on other things !

It's a great alternative if you are looking for a light breakfast and don't want to spend 150-160 baht for a full buffet
