I've listed this for my friend and owner of this restaurant. He is also a member here Roger Dar

 

Due to my retirement I have put my Restaurant up for sale. It is situated just off second road in front of Pattaya Memorial Hospital in the heart of Pattaya.

It comes fully equipped and ready to go with a Plasma TV, Air Conditioner, all Kitchen appliances, Fridges, Tables, Chairs even all the Cups, Glasses, Plates, Cutlery and Place Settings.

There is an inside area with a lovely restaurant atmosphere which is fully air conditioned for that beautiful night time experience.

We have a good repeat trade and a lot of our trade comes from word of mouth. We have been here for Four years and in that time have seen many restaurants come and go. It is now time for me to retire and let my restaurant go.

It is currently an Italian restaurant but you can take it to any cuisine of your choosing..

 

Total monthly rent is a low 23,000 Baht a month (incl Key money) with only stock, staff and utilities to pay on top. This is very low for the Centre of the City.

He took the pictures during the day so that people can see the layout clearly. It's quieter during the day with customers being the Pattaya Memorial staff in the main.

No it's next Europa Apts just behind the beer bars by the Klang junction of second road

 

Sad to hear, I remember reading a review on this place that said the food was really good.

 

It's lovely food and still open until Roger sells so your still able to get there for a meal.

 

I only posted this as a favour to Roger (Rugerro) and I can answer basic questions about the restaurant. Anything about the sale please call Roger directly...

Billy it is a lovely little place. He's spent a lot of money getting quality furniture and decor in. All this comes with the restaurant.

 

It doesn't even have to stay as an Italian it can be whatever cuisine the buyer decides on.

Roger is the chef as well as the owner.

 

It's a proper retail outlet not a shophouse so no accommodation with it.

 

Accommodation can be found for no more than 5K a month nearby anyway and that's an Air Con room too.

Thanks for the response! Sadly the two most critical aspects are not on the cards, I was looking for a small business that included live in status. That I suppose is not the killer, this is the fact that the reputation for great food is actually not part of the deal. It's a shame as the images really got me interested but being more investor focused than Italian chef I will have to keep looking. Thank you anyway and I really hope this all works out for your friend

I'm sure one could get a permit for italian food or any other foreign food for that matter. Roger can speak to the interested parties about what he does and he's perfectly okay with the law.

 

It's Central Pattaya 2nd Road try finding that sort of rent anywhere else in that location. Also it does include Key Money I think the split is 17,000 Rent and 6,000 Key money but thats something Roger can discuss.

No problem thanks for looking however it doesn't have to stay as an Italian. In fact if you wanted to gut it you could put anything there. Whoever buys it can put their own stamp on it.

I think someone who is a chef could make a real go of this...........probaly you would get a work permit too if you hold chef qualifications.

You wont even need the qualifications, I employed a western chef and as long a you declare 50,000 Baht a month salary and "pay a Visa" company to smooth the way its pretty straight forward, you will need a company etc

BSJ His name is Rugerro Darcoli a very proud Italian man with an Italian name. He chose the name Roger as everyone calls him Roger and he thought it wuld be easier for people to say the name Roger restaurant.
