Good trekking places?north,south,east &west

Please help me a name a few good places to start trekking i know of tekking in chian mai

just want to know about your personal experience with trekking around thailand like the 3 days treks you know and maybey some recommendations if possible would also be helpfull i have a thai gf but i still want to gather all info i can on good places to go for a 3 days hike/trek whatever you want to call it
