This would be my perfect long term rental when i retire in 2 years or so...if still around and in the same condition I will def be interested, beautiful and just far eneough from the madness of pattaya

It is a great area to live PawYai, i have been in the area 6 years next month, a bit quite for some but for long term it is perfect and only 10 minutes from where the screaming starts....hahah

 

Retire in 2 years....wow...good luck, hope you got all your stuff together, a few people i know have retired and regreted it, saying they wished they had kept working....i wish you all the best, may see you in Pratamnak for a cold one some day.
