Has anyone stayed at the Avenue Residence Condo's? Does any baht bus pass by the street that these condo's are located on?

Any reports or details on this property? On the web site it looks realtively new and well maintained, however pictures are many times very deceiving.

Th Avenue is good. There is not a Baht bus that passes there, but a short walk to second road or Soi B. I lived next door at the Urban Condos and really loved it there.
