Looking for buy studio in Central Pattaya or Pratamnak

Dear mongers,

 

I am looking to buy a studio/one bedroom apartment in central Pattaya

or Pratamnak area with a budget of 1-2 millions bath including all the

cost and fees.

The intent is to buy to rent out.

 

My demands are as follow:

 

    The building must be less than 3 years old

    Full/partial sea view or swimming pool view

    The project shouldn’t have more then 300 Units

    Any exclusive future, design or position that make the apartment

stand out from the rest of the units in the project is welcome

    Good management of the building

    Service apartments are a good option

 

I will purchase in cash, so urgent sales with a premium discount are welcome.

Shit...that is only about $12-$13K Aussie dollars...I cannot picture the building,but is it relatively new or a highrise?

I looked at this place myself.

Unfortunately the place has/ had (2 yrs ago) a bad rep for questionable goings on with underaged dealings.

Don't know how else to put it. When i was there, there were some Thai Kids cruising around and approached me.

 

I know this may draw some comments from owners there but just what I saw.

 

Then again if you are a hardcore Monger, there is unlikely to be any questionable looks from the other residents re bringing back Ladies????? (just trying to put a positive spin on it you understand)

It's "Center Condo" and 400.000thb is about right for the size. (low floor).
