Anyone stayed in this hotel?

I quite like the sound of the chrome pole/dance podium in the room, the mirrored walls and ceilings, in-house porn channels etc.....

Just wondered if it's worth a go, or are there other places offering the same stuff that are better?

WTF?

I'll post this on another forum then.

I've stayed there. It's a bug-infested, fire trap. Much better places to stay for the money.

Huh, how did he manage to post SPAM WORD, I thought the pen thouse was a censored word :

I spent 2 weeks there last Dec/Jan and the staff are unfriendly and not really interested in making you feel welcome. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are worn out! I wouldn't stay there again.

Ah.... that would explain what happened to it then!

Stayed here on my first trip to Pattaya and I wouldn't go back. I didn't have any bug problems to be honest, but the staff was terrible and the rooms after a couple of days to me anyway were too over the top for me. If anything, stay there a couple of days then go elsewhere where it would be cheaper and the staff are more accomadating.

You can use it for a short time room. May cost a bit more that other places

For the GoGo girls I brought there, the dance podium was the last thing they wanted to see. Another time, I awoke about 4 AM from the thumping noises in the room next door. My bar fine was beside me, kneeling naked on her knees, seemed to be praying :ThankGod1: then I fell back asleep. In the morning, I asked her how she slept, and she said she couldn't sleep at all because of 'ghosts'. I'll never stay in this dump again.

Bit of a mixed bag of opinions!

Maybe worth a couple of nights by the sound of it.

Is there any other hotel with dance poles etc. in the rooms?

Strange - this is one hotel where I've never heard my neighbors at it at four in the morning as the sound proofing and double glazing they have is very effective. Did she tell you what she was praying for? Maybe it was that you wouldn't require her to perform in the morning and that you would pay her well (lol). Ghosts with you there to protect her. But I thought the Thais liked ghosts. During the week (I think Wednesday around 11.00 pm) most of the nation tunes into a special program where they send a crew to different locations to look for ghosts and most Thai films have some kind of ghost which leaves the audience in stitches.

Funny that the majority of your 18 posts on this forum are about either the Penthouse Hotel or Obsessions, oh and that your posting from Thailand when your country flag suggests otherwise.

If anyone is wondering why we change Penthouse to SPAM WORD here is your answer.

Barney,

I stayed there at the end of last year after checking out of the hotel I'd pre booked that turned out to be a major disappointment. Apart from some disturbances with the builders who were working on the lobby I would agree with the comments made by Rogerem. It's a hotel designed for people with a strong party attitude and focused on sexual fulfillment.

Give it a try.

Thaipeople like ghosts? My girlfriend are crazy scared of them.

Rogerrem thought he could fool Pattaya Addicts with his Swiss flag of neutrality. If he ever stayed at the spamhouse hotel, I'm sure he got the employee discount. But this is the quality of accommodation that has to resort to paying people for posting fictional accounts on internet boards in an attempt to generate business. Notice the different font in his initial post in this thread (#11), indicating this was boilerplate text pasted in from an external source.

Seems a bit of a witch hunt going on here and I just think we should focus on the hotel. If there is spamming here it could be coming from many directions and not from the member who I see has been banned.

I’ve read his posts and they seem pretty accurate to me and in line with the hotel I stayed at just a few months back. Others have posted that they stayed there 7 or 8 years ago and a lot can change in that time.

So let me say again. It’s a hotel that seems to cater for a certain type of customer. Those that like to party. If you’re not coming to Pattaya to party then forget it. I’m sure there are cheaper places available where you will meet like minded people.

Everyone ok with my flag and font.

Yes, Barney. The Vault on Second Road. Better, newer facilities, better location, puts the spamhouse to shame. And no bugs, but if you want them, you can get them cheaply off the carts. :GrinNod1: .

I love this place I will hopefully do 1 or 2 nights there in september as it is like going into fantasy land for a night or 2. I think anymore than 2 nights and you may lose yourself to pattaya. Oh sorry I already have :GoldenSmile1:

It is one week since I got back from my trip. I stayed at PH from 14.06 - 27.06. I can`t understand all the negative criticism of the hotel in this forum. The room was cleaned every day and twice a day if you left your key in the reception. If I needed more cleaning than this or more towels, I just asked and it would be fixed right away. The staff was helpful with everything I asked and joiners where no problem. I did not see a single bug in my room. I had the patpong room with a balcony and it was nice and the girls liked it. So planing a trip in january / february and I`m thinking about maybe I stay here at that trip too.

I just got back from spending 10 nights in the afor mentioned hotel.

It's definatley different, I'd call it a theme hotel.

And that theme would be tacky sex fest.

Saying that, my rented TGF didn't like it much at first, i think all rooms including mine have stripper poles and love swings.

I think your rented girl friend won't like it much, but maybe couples trying to spice up their sex lives or as short break hotel.

my room was cleaned regualry and the staff were nice.

Serioulsy there are about 10-15 light switches to negotiate when you want to sleep, some red, some flashing and can be a bit too much for my taste.

my loom

I did notice a couple of bug traps under my bed and only one crawly bug, no big deal, this Thialand after all.

What dosen't crawl gets caught and fired for late night snacks.

There are a few cats wandering around the hotel and the soi for that matter, i left the window open in my room while i was getting aquianted with my rental, she freaked out and kicked me off the bed, thanks for the bruise dear.

Room serivice was quick and the food ok, 2 channels of porn on the TV, ladyboys and normal sex, depending on your preference.

Did I enjoy my stay there? Yes

Would I recomend it to people? depends on your taste

Would I stay there again? I'm glad i tired it once, but I doubt I'd do it again.

The less crap you add here the easier it is to read the forum posts.
