Hi Guys

 

Instead of hijacking the 1000THB Thread for Chiang Mai, thought I would start my own.

So far I have been told THE EMPRESS or the ROYAL LANNA are two very good options for what I am looking for in Chiang Mai.

Wanting to stay for 4 Nights and be pretty comfortable, would prefer Wifi in the Room, Decent TV with Cable, has to have a nice Breakfast for Farrang and Thai.

 

Location not that fussy as will be with GF and really want to just chill out and explore Chiang Mai.

 

Night Baazaar is that the best area to stay in Chiang Mai or other suggestions?

 

Would like to book via Thaihoteldiscounts.com so Agoda hotels, but if push comes to shove and I find the perfect hotel suggested here, so be it- around the 2000THB Mark.

Hope I'm not butting in mate, but we pre booked with out researching the area, and had to get a taxi/ tuk tuk to get any where. Second choice had everything in walking distance. Restaurants bars shops etc. Cheers , Goanna.
