I remember there used to be around 1 hotel in the city with some English-speaking staff and another coffee shop on one of the main streets. A few short-time places near the bus station. But this was back in 2010 or so. The first lady I had came with quite widespread warts around her pussy that I decided not to go any further with her and asked another girl who was seemingly clean. She ran away with my 1000 Baht though and the other girls got angry at her for keeping the money without providing any service. I didn't feel like fighting for it so I just let it pass.
