Notes:

[a] Requires marriage certificate, house book and bank passbook showing THB 100k+. Recommended to take short note from wife requesting issue of visa

Looks like the table didn't come out quite right. You can just line up the titles Single/Double/Multiple to the corresponding visa type or click on the link to the Thai Visa site.

Comment about the requirement to hold a work permit with at least 8 months to be able to get a business visa doesn't sound right given that you can't get the work permit unless you hold a business visa.

 

From my experiences for a non-imm B all you need is a letter of invitation from a Thai company along with copies of their registration documents to get the visa, the Embassy will however make a comment on the 3rd+ application for a non-imm B visa issued to the same company if you don;t have a work permit my then.
