Accomodation for a Month in April

Hey all - just needing accomodation for about a month in april from the 1st - It has to be Baht Bus distance from Walking Street and the Soi's

 

With the following

 

- Furnished

- Air Con

- Ideally Wireless

 

Doesnt have to be walking distance to walking however as I do not have a scooter the closer the better.
