Unfortunately these type of stories occur all too often. While it does happen you are are unlikely to be made such offers.

 

Good on the 'tourists' for getting the police involved. Shame on the children's farther for doing a runner leaving the mother and kids behind.

Yeah that to me was the coldest part of the story. At least the kids, could possible have had a better life even though I don't condone what they were doing. The worst was teh father just bailing on his wife and kids. He just up and out said "see ya, wouldn't wanna be ya" That is cold.

I've heard stories like this before where the kid isn't even related, just some poor child kidnapped off the streets and forced to work/beg etc for the handlers.

Good karma to who ever tipped the police about this.

There a terrible story on Thaivisa today about a 4 year old boy kidnapped. he shouted at his mom from over the street a year later. He had one leg removed and forced to beg. Pretty disgusting how low some people will stoop.
