10,000-15,000 monthly rate rooms.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for a room around 10,000-15,000 per month? (more towards the 10,000)

 

Requirements:

-Free wifi and air conditioning

-Needs to be between beach road and not past 3rd road.

-No minimum months.
