No energy

Hey guys,

 

I need some info on how everyone gets the energy and power to monger daily in Thailand.

 

NOT how to get hard, but just the strength to go out into the heat and humidity and look for fun.

 

I'm in my 40's, and I know there are older membes than me on the board---so what's the secret?

 

Sometimes while I'm there, even after a full night's rest, I just can't summon the will or the energy to go out into that miasma that is Pattaya!

I think you just need to be hydrated plenty of beer the odd water

and a powerade for breakfast

As the previous poster says you're probably getting dehydrated. Try to drink more water, less alcohol and drink a couple of bottles of M Sport or Sponsor a day

Yeah get the salts into you, drink plenty of plain water too, maybe you're drinking too much alcohol and either smoking too much or spending too much time in smoky bars. Have a couple nights off, go out to Koh Larn for the day and get some clean air into your lungs.

 

You can go to a clinic and get a shot in the ass, they got various system booster drugs that will pick you up.

I just try to think how crap it would be if I was at home going to work every day. Gives me all the energy I need.

Just get your breakfast in the morning, drink more water instead of beer, head to the swimming, beach or pool, I prefer the beach if your hotel on 2nd road also better to walk little to the beach then after swim walk back to your room and get a fast shower, again more water then one or two hours nap and you will be ready for the 2pm Soi 6 hang out

Don't really know the names of the various booster drugs but over the years have had a Thai doc give me the odd one here and there if I been ill and run down. had a couple of testosterone shots in the past too but I have heard too much of that is risky. If I felt I needed another booster shot I'd go to a clinic and discuss it with the doc, they do have some good gear here that docs back home won't give you.

I'm very young, but my energy is really killed by beer. Sometimes I'm like 70yo man. About 15 minutes to get hard and after one round I'm useless. :laugh:

Lots of spicy food, 3 litres of water a day, multi vitamin, 1000 mg vitamin C, and i take a B12 vitamin, fell as good as gold even after a full 8 hours drinking!

When on vacation - preludes to the binge drinking and whoring: good healthy meals, one hour of exercise per day to get the blood flowing, nice relaxing massage to restore the spirit and mind, and plenty of water and sleep. Then you can subject your body to various forms of sexercise and handle it! Being young means faster recovery period and that doesn't hurt either!

With most - if not all - of the guys on this forum I'd suggest that any lethargy troubles would be due to excessive drinking/shagging and keeping irregular hours. It's easy to get worn down fast if you're spending hours daily/nightly in bars getting legless and shooting your wad 3 or more times a day. Just something to think about.

 

Plus there is the heat factor and guys from UK/Europe could be losing too much body salt in perspiration. If you think that's the case take some common salt (have a few Tequilas/salt/lemon) you can feel an instant improvement if that's the cause.

Nearly every day when I'm there I will have a few drinks during the day.

Then at about 4 or 5pm I'll return to the hotel for a nap (and a swim sometimes), relax, read, watch tv etc until about 10pm and do it all again.

After a long trip its natural to feel exhausted for a couple of days. So sleep a lot when you get there.Eat a good, but not heavy for the stomach breakfast, drink plenty of water/natural juice during the day. Avoid walking a lot in the sun between let's say 11:00 am to 3-4:00 pm.If you do, wear light clothes and wear sunglasses and cap.Take an afternoon nap if possible.Be aware that a long time spent on the beach can make you feel especially tired.Try to get as much sleep you can get in a 24 hour period. ( I know its diificult)

At 53 i'm fucking the little honies 2 or 3 times a day.A typical day for me after a night out is: 8:00-10am am drink 1-2 litres of water with an energy drink washed down with a half tab of Apcalis/Cialis 11:00-12:00 first fuck.

Drink more water,have lunch,with 2-3 beers.2:00-4:00pm have a 2 hour massage with my favourite lady.Second fuck.

5:00-6:00pm eat again,have another energy drink.Now it's time to party.I probably sink no less than 30 beers,get home around 2:00-3:00am pretty much shagged,so only good for a pussy lick,but she doesn't complain.

Start same routine again in morning,remember the water is most important.We are made to drink 5 litres a day in the Pilbarra WA to survive the heat.

In Australia, we have a cure called "hair of the dog". meaning, a hair of the dog that bit you. In my case, that would be beer. So after waking at lunchtime, a bit crook, go for brekkie, drink coffee, and still crook. But, have a beer, coming good, two beers, better. Six beers, and happy as Larry. Charge on like no tomorrow.

Next day, repeat above. All is well with world . :Beer1:

I must say I was sceptical about the benefits of Gatorade for me but it seems to work.

I will have 1 bottle before drinking and then 2-3 during the night. Since I'm never in the one bar for very long I stop by a 7/11 on the way to another bar and down another Gatorade. Repeat.

I make sure I have a few bottle in my room fridge so I have another as I go to bed and then another when I wake up.

I feel fine during the night and the next morning.

Already been said- loads of water, vit c & bs.... but also Milk thistle to protect the liver, and zinc...you lose a load of it every time you shoot !! 555 if you dont have zinc supplement, eat loads of oysters !!!
