Precis - nice hotel, GF, free wi-fi but lots of drainage roadworks outside and street closed to vehicles.

definately guest friendly, even let my thai GF wait in the lobby while i did a ST in my room with a bar girl lol

 

overall very nice hotel, no complaints.
