Thanks for pointing out that I left out an important factoid. Rent is 40,000 per month, which is excellent value for this location and room standard. Minimum rental term is 6 months, but 1-year lease preferred.

The Urban. Located on Soi 15 Pattaya 2nd Road, which runs between 2nd Road and Soi Buakhao. Short walk to the Avenue Mall.

Hi All,

 

A member offered 30,000 baht per month for 1-year contract for this unit. Although we like to negotiate wherever possible, this unit is firmly and fairly priced. The unit is a DUPLEX and in addition to 2 bed rooms also has an office area. The fitout will be far superior to the general standard in the building. By way of comparison, standard 2 bed room units around 70 to 80 sq.m. rent for 40,000 to 45,000 baht. This room is much more spacious at 98 sq.m.

 

It is renting for only 40,000 because it was purchased below market. This is arguably the best quality 2 BR rental in Pattaya Center. Contact me if you want to rent it.
