stayed at these apartments it is situated in the Soi Day & Night, the pics on their website looks good just wondered if any BM, have actually stayed there any feed back would be much appreciated thank you.

A friend of mine stays there on a regular basis for up to 2 months at a time.Reasonably priced for a longer stay,however they require payment to a Thai bank in advance so definately not for me!

hello , i did stay in the mosaic in the past.

Because i was in PTY already, i don't know if you have to make a money-transfer

for the booking in advance, but for sure they charged me in advance (i was checking in the next day).

The place is quiet and clean, but, nothing special.

To my feeling, they overcharge for cleaning (when booking not day-by-day).

If i would stay there again ? Don't think so....

I am sure one can find better olaces in PTY.

But, i you look for a location in a not to noisy place, it's ok.

Just be sure not to have a place on the back-side, because somebody was slamming

on metals all night long while i was there.

Have to adlid, the place looks nice outside.

Inside it is nothing special.

Someone told me there is an issue with fire escapes there.

 

Also their rates (on the website) are VERY high compared to similar sized appartments.

the studio is far too small though and i couldnt have stayed there.

 

the one bedroom suites are quite nice , but as you need to pay electric , cleaning and internet on top of the rent , they become expensive.(no daily cleaning of rooms or towel change or anything )

 

it is located in a fairly quiet bit of town , but be aware it is surrounded by the gay area of town , with gay massage parlours , gay bars etc all around it. this may not suit some people.

I stayed there for 3 months this summer. Love the area 20b motorcycle taxi to Walking Street

 

I was there in low season so i payed 8900 bath per month ended up at maybe 10k with electric which is fine by me

 

I hear the big rooms are really nice I stayed in the smallest one and was happy about it good toilets very nice staff always helpful amazingly nice area

 

close the the night market for food close to tukcom and tops

 

 

But yes like others have said it is in the gay area which for me was a big bonus seeing as I dont get hassled as soon as I step out the door and I would think its one of the safest areas in town

 

 

Im staying there there again comming january if they have a room when i show up not paying in advance
